At Blaze Sports Performance, we offer Semi-Private Training sessions that combine the benefits of personalized coaching with the dynamic energy of working alongside a small group of like-minded athletes. In these sessions, you’ll train with up to 3 other clients, allowing for a more intimate and focused experience than traditional group training, while still fostering a sense of camaraderie and healthy competition.
What to Expect
Small Group Coaching
With a group size of no more than three (3) athletes, you’ll still receive individualized attention and coaching, much like in a one-on-one session. This smaller group setting allows for tailored feedback and customized exercises based on your personal goals and needs.
